Gw-35, A20 LTE system gateway is located between the standalone Small Cell and EPC, including Security Gateway and Signaling Gateway functions. The function of security gateway can encrypt, decrypt and forward data quickly. Signaling gateway is used for data aggregation and forwarding between Small Cell and EPC; it increases the scalability of S1 interface between Small Cell and EPC, so as to support the access of a large number of Small Cell.
